All performers in the material shown on xRedGifs were adults at the time it was produced. We publish nothing that suggests otherwise, and we act immediately on any report that a person shown may be under 18 - see the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act Compliance Policy.
xRedGifs does not produce, create, film, commission, direct, upload or licence any of the videos and images it shows. It is a read-only archive that relays the public feed of redgifs.com and displays what that feed returns.
Because no content is produced here, and because this site accepts no uploads at all, xRedGifs is not a "producer" of any depiction within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. 2257 or 2257A, and is not the primary producer of the material it relays.
The records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A, and by the regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, are created and kept by the original producer of each work and by the platform that publishes it. They are not in our possession, we cannot produce them, and we are not their custodian.
A request about those records belongs with the producer of the work or with the platform it was published on; we will pass on any inquiry we receive and say where it should go.
For each relayed work this site keeps only what the feed returned: an identifier, a title, tags, media URLs, counts and the creator's public profile. It keeps no identity documents, no consent records and no proof of age, because it never collects them.
The only images xRedGifs produces are its own interface - the logo, icons and placeholders. They depict no one. Nothing else on the site originates here.
