An archive that relays adult content only works if it is strict about what it will not carry.

We will not publish material involving anyone under 18, material produced or shared without consent, depictions of real violence or a crime, or anything else that is unlawful. This is not a matter of taste: these are lines we treat as absolute, and we remove first and ask questions afterwards.
This archive has no uploads. Nobody can add material to it; the only content that can appear is what the source platform's feed returns, and the operator decides which creators are tracked at all.
xRedGifs is for adults. The site carries an age notice on entry and there is no content here intended for anyone under 18. If you are not an adult where you live, leave.
We also refuse conduct: harassment of anyone shown in the content, attempts to identify or contact them, bulk scraping, mirroring the archive, presenting it as your own, and using it to build a dataset about the people in it. Access may be blocked without notice.
The archive is ours, so moderation is ours. An operator can hide any post - it leaves listings, tag pages, search and the sitemap at the next build - correct the tags applied to a post, edit a creator's profile text and links, and stop tracking a creator entirely, after which nothing of theirs is fetched again.
Nothing automated decides legality here: a person makes those decisions.
Write to abuse@xredgifs.com with the URL and what is wrong. You do not need an account, a form or a lawyer.
We answer every report, including the ones we cannot act on.
If a post of yours was hidden and you think that was wrong - a misidentification, a tag applied to the wrong post, a report made in bad faith - write to abuse@xredgifs.com with the URL and your reasons. A person reviews it, and we answer with a decision and an explanation, normally within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, say so in the same thread; a second person reviews it. You keep every right you have to complain to a data protection, consumer or media regulator in your country, and we will cooperate with them.
We answer lawful requests from law enforcement and other competent authorities, and we preserve what the law requires us to preserve. Because there are no accounts here, what we can provide is limited to server logs and the counters described in the Privacy Policy.
Requests should identify the legal process they rest on and the exact URLs concerned, and should be sent to abuse@xredgifs.com. Emergency requests involving a risk to life are answered immediately.
Content comes from the public feed of redgifs.com, which is operated by someone else and has its own trust and safety process. A report sent there reaches the party that hosts the material and can remove it at the source; a report sent to abuse@xredgifs.com changes what this archive shows.
